How is dyslexia diagnosed?
Doctors say, dyslexia is a very difficult disorder to diagnose. There are many tests a child or adult would have to take in order to determine if he or she has dyslexia. One of the test is to determine the persons reading potential, which is evaluated by an intelligence test. After completion of the intelligence test, the person will be scored on auditory, visual, and even kinesthetic. Doctors also look weather the person performs better with output, oral, and tactile-kinesthetic. At the end of the process they evaluate all sensory systems, and how they conjunction with each other.
